In this episode, Captain Winters gets promoted to Executive Officer of 2nd Battalion and no longer has command of Easy Company. He is transferred to Battalion HQ and tasked with administrative duties which include typing field reports. He finds it difficult to relinquish control of Easy Company and focus on his new tasks.

In this episode, Easy Company gets sent back to France with new green replacements. I'm loving how every episode brings a new lesson and perspective on War. This one goes to show you that no matter how strong Winters is, he can't control every aspect of the War for his men and some situations are impossible to come out of on top.

In this episode, Easy Company is asked to help take back the town of Carentan. I feel like the main lesson in this episode was learning how much a man has to break in order to fit into the War. Seeing what that looks like was difficult to see and feel. Winters proves himself once again by being the voice of calm in the wild storm of Carentan.

I was very hesitant to start Part Two after where the story ended during Part One. I knew what Easy Company and the rest of the planes were heading into and visions of Saving Private Ryan kept running through my mind. But wow, once again I loved what I got out of this series and what it opened my eyes to.

I was VERY pleasantly surprised when I saw Edward Norton as the Hulk in this film. I wasn't really sure what to expect when first jumping in, but I was impressed by his performance and the overall vibe of this movie. I'm loving these deep dives in the Marvel characters so far! After realizing that I watched Deadpool way out of order.. I decided to go back to the very beginning of the Marvel Cinematic Universe films and start our journey there. First up, IRON MAN!
