Today we test an interesting 12ga. slug that is simply made out of pennies- but using science. The slug is designed to be ballistically-stabile without any spin at all. Gregg's YouTube Channel: @OGsDangerShow

I had to take down and edit this video I posted earlier today because the person who sent it might be in legal troubles for making slugs we tested about 9 months ago. I had to go with a fictitious name "Mr. K - USA" - hope you understand!

We have another strange design by Evan today. Made of "potmetal" which isn't a very strong alloy, we propel these to over 1500 fps using rifling, a rifled choke, and a smooth bore.

We have another submission by Brian which we are calling the Red Racer. These have never been tested before so expect some thrills of victory and maybe some agony of defeat!

We have a new design from Brian to test out. This is a transparent slug where we can see through the center of the body. The criminal who has been impersonating me is back unfortunately. Since I posted my last video, I have blocked him but he continues to make new accounts, sometimes several a day. Some viewers have fallen ...

In today's video we will "mach" some projectiles made by Evan. Weighing in at almost 2 ounces, these are monsterously-heavy slugs. Guest shooter today is Joe from Bakersfield.

Today we test out the third type of Anferov Bullets. Almost everything has been re-designed except perhaps the tail fins. Again the challenge with these is using American powders for something that would probably be simple using Russian powders. We have not one, but TWO lead plate tests today.

We're back! We've haven't been able to film anything due to the excessive summer heat reaching temperatures of 107 here It's hard on us but really hard on the cameras. It dropped down to a chilly 95 finally.
Today we test out a precision 12ga slug designed and fabricated by a viewer in Wales. We had a number of failures initially, but after some re-calibrations, &n...

We've got another viewer-submitted slug design to test today. Brian actually sent a LOT of variants that we'll test in the future. In order to use the same load recipe, we'll test 8 of the slug that are the same with only minor variations.

Mike brought out a very new shotgun to show off. I believe it is only available at United Ammo for about 450. It's a couple pounds lighter than say a Mossberg 500 even though this has the folding capablities.

We test another of Evan Perry's creation today. I explain how I hand loaded these, which in itself can make or break the performance of any slug. We did see some unexpected and mind blowing results in these tests and I'm sure you'll enjoy the presentation.

Apparently the internet lied to me when I tried to figure out what the twist-rate of Danny's rifled shotgun was. We thought it was 1:27. In this video we show how easy it is to check what the twist-rate is without special equipment or having to take the gun to a gunsmith.

Today we test out the Mercury Rise TR-50 revolver using a variety of ammo and try to determine if it would be a good option for self-defense. The gun is considered "less lethal" meaning there is less of a chance of killing someone with it. Maybe you hate guns or you just can't legally own one. Maybe you live in an apartment. Maybe you have kids th...

A viewer named John donated some rare and unusual ammo for us to test out. These are Finnish 7.62x54R, that we know. Will these even function after over 80 years stored in just a cardboard box?

Today we test out the Russian Botfly 12ga slug from Goodell Shotshell Co. located in the U.S. Ryan, the owner of the company has done exhaustive testing of these and developed an optimum load so all the guesswork was done for us. Per YT's rules, I can not post any links to stuff like this but it doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to find it.

While Othais and Mae were in California, we tested out their Gyro Pigeon and filmed it with a high speed camera. This flung a thin propeller made of sheet metal into the air and if you were lucky, it would go in the right direction and people would shoot at it. Sometimes they had a mind of their own and would fly at the people who were trying to shoot it.

We have a fun video today where we shoot .69 caliber bubble gum bullets. I asked my Facebook followers if any of them could help film this video with me and actually got a few people who will willing to drive out on short-notice and help out. It's one thing to stuff random things in a shotgun, but to make them ballistically-stabile and accurate is a bit more difficult.

After posting the video about the 9mm Interceptor rounds, I wanted to show something for the .45 ACP folks that I think is as impressive. The Lehigh Controlled Fracturing bullet is almost like firing 1 bullet and getting 4 bullet-strikes with one shot. Made solid copper on a Swiss-type lathe, invented to make watch parts, these bullets...

This is the fourth test using the Russian Twister slug. This time we use the shortest wad so we can keep the length of the shell to about 1.5 inches or 40mm. This is definitely the the powerful mini-shell out there.

Today we have a few guest shooters on demonstrating the mighty .500 Smith and Wesson revolver. David will try a few different rounds through it which vary in weight and velocity. You should NOT try to shove a walking cane into a brick wall for your own safety.

We tested some Lehigh Xtreme Defender rounds through some very old and collectible firearms to see how well they would perform. Mae and Othais drove out from South Carolina with the 1911 and Martini Henry and we shot some random stuff with them.

Trying to find a use for some 300 Blackout bullets that Lehigh Defense sent us (I think by mistake) I decided to try to use them in a 12ga. shotgun slug. I used a diabolo lead pellet to mount them in. The diabolo shape is self-stabilizing- which does not need spin. I was hoping this design would be "universal" allowing them to be used in all types of shotguns. &nbs...

Viewers have asked us to show how the Interceptors function through a sub-compact pistol and also wanted to see how they'd perform against meat. Mae from C&Rsenal is our guest shooter today. Note: we did NOT get a chronograph reading on these through the 2" barrel.

Othais and Mae from C&Rsenal stopped by to film some stuff with me and brought along the fascinating Alofs repeating shotgun. It was a device to make a single-shot shotgun into a repeater for a couple bucks.

I often get requests for compilations of some of the weird stuff we have tested. It's been a few years since we did that and in those years we have some real oddballs to show.
I haven't been able to film in a couple weeks due to both weather and difficulty in getting help, so this was a perfect chance to catalog some of our past tests.

Today we test out some unusual rounds made from weed/eater/wacker monofilament and buckshot. Two were used in each shell. Although these are quite impractical for many reasons, they worked remarkably well. Share this video with your friend(s) https://youtu.be/xjv3RkdUC-4<...

Viewers have asked us to "supersonic" 18650 batteries for many years. Our goal isn't to just shoot random objects but the goal is to obtain ballistic stability and perhaps some accuracy if possible. Because SO many people wanted to see this, we gave it our best effort to present it to you.
