Last nights low key practice session

Shoulder stretch!

Here is a abour three and a half minutes of long hold shoulder and back stretching. Remember to breathe slowly into it and don’t panic. It will be uncomfortable but it’s good. Hold each level for thirty seconds minimum.

Five minutes of butt and hamstring work!

Hello everyone! This is a short video of one of the combos I do regularly to condition my legs and butt (and abs, tbh!)


There’s a lot of stabilization happening. I left some tips on the Vimeo description. I miscalculated one of the legs but it’s fine. Your left leg just gets like four extra counts of work, no biggie. Feel free to modify things to suit your body’s needs! View Post
