Pole Tutorial!
Added 2021-01-21 03:25:58 +0000 UTCHello! I have a mini tutorial of what I am teaching in class today. Disclaimer: if you cannot invert, do not attempt these moves. I don’t want anyone hurting themselves. These are solid intermediate moves, and if you don’t have a spotter or cushioning for under your pole, please use caution and maybe wait until you have extra safety measures in place.
Poses covered: Butterfly, Outside Leg Hang, and Invert on Spin (then the two previous moves on spin as well from the invert)
