Sumos are back 🫡

Decided to incorporate more deadlifts into my lifting rotation! These moved like butter actually, I could definitely smash it up a lot more with the weight. Just easing back in!

Little bit wobbly but got the depth there, next week I’ll probably keep it at this weight but focus on really feeling that muscle connection.

140kg Hip Thrusts ❤️‍🔥

Weeewww, decided to smash the weight up a bit more on these as 135kg moved smoothly. Annoyingly, I didn’t feel them as much as I’d hoped. It could’ve been because I didn’t do enough glute activation before I went for it or something, I dunno…will try again next week!

Some footage from my RDLs yesterday, I still haven’t driven the weight up on these much yet, after this video I added 5kg more and it felt pretty good ✨

My only issue is my arms and grip get really gnarly when I up the weight, they just don’t cope well with it…my legs can take more though so I don’t know what to do haha.
