Toile: Baggy Shirt

Not as baggy as I hope for. Should add another 8 cm to 12 cm full chest ease, and make the shirt bit longer.

Download (PDF for projector, not print).

Adjust the seam allowances according to the seam type you want.

Style3D Atelier vs Marvelous Designer

Style3D

I just found out about this Clo3D competitor because I received a promotional email offering 6 months free individual license.

From my cursory research, this is a legit alternative especially to Marvelous Designer. Not so for Clo because it lacks support for real life garment production.

I plan to take ...

I'm taking a short break.

Just a head up the next upload will be delayed by one to two weeks because I decided to touch grass for a while. I hope you guys don't mind because this I've been consistently making 4-5 garments without fail each month since I started this Patreon.

Don't worry, I'll come back more energized then ever and I'll try to squeeze in more garments next month. I already have a few milestones tha...

Clo tip: Seam type

I just found out that there is another alternative seam that you can use in Clo. The default seam is plain seam shown below:

Leather Zip-up Jacket

This is just regular raglan sleeve hoodie with leather fabric and linings. Maybe they cut a lot of panels because smaller pieces of leather are easier to source.

IRL update: Projector

I finally bolted my projector to the wall so no more wobbly projector.

If you don't like printing patterns, I highly recommend set-up like this. This projector is quite cheap at around 90$ and the stand/bracket is about 8$. It also has built-in miracast so I can cast my document directly from PC via wifi.

The hardest part is to drill the wall. But it is not that hard though. This is...

No reference to specific brand.

Instruction from EDA 8 "Panties" (p23).

Basic toile: Men Cotton Shorts

As a beginner, I have a l lot of trouble sewing the waistband casing. In the end, I have to increase the waistband seam allowance so that I have more space to work with.

In this pattern, the waistband pattern is separate from pants pattern. It should be easier if I make them one-piece.

I use the 3 cm depth elastic band for the waistband.

Although the sewing is crappy, it fit w...

Basic toile: Low Waist One-piece

I have gotten a bit faster at sewing, but not any better.

I should bast the sleeve cap first, so that the sleeve-case-ease is distributed smoothly.

With this I confirmed that this pattern is fitting in real world.
