No reference to specific brand but I did look at some Uniqlo shorts.
Instruction from Aldrich men pyjama trousers. I actually forget that Aldrich men block has 1 cm built-in seam allowance and only remember when someone mentioned in YouTube comment. But, It does not matter much for this garment because I want it to be a bit oversized. However, if you want to stay true to the original instruction, but do not want to offset the built-in seam allowance afterward, you can just subtract 1 cm from hip ease (use 3 cm ease instead of 4 cm ease).
Fabric: Knit cotton jersery.
I recorded my way to create a fake elasticated waistband casing in Clo. In real world, the waistband is folded and has elastic inserted. You can still do this in Clo but I like to avoid folding and use less pieces as possible.
Not recorded: Pockets and topstitches.
