AWE Actor & Production career 2.9.0

It's a little late for Halloween, but this release includes a "Monster Smash" event for AWE actors to make a video with non-occult Sims (sorry human ghosts, but EA doesn't consider you an occult). This event is like the Frat Party and is found in the calendar once a Sim has made it to level 5 of the career.

November 2 Update

A patch containing 150 bug fixes to The Sims 4 is scheduled for November 4, 2025. After I make sure everything is compatible with that patch, I will post an update that will include new content for actors & directors.

Game Update 1.116

Update: Lot51's core library has been fixed and so has WW.

All testing I have done shows that none of my mods are broken. Features relating to the balance/imbalance system coming with the new EP will be added to the careers before its release.

A preview of active modeling

Last year I added rabbit hole photoshoots as a way to make money and gain fame and followers outside of work days. More recently, I added those as a work from home task to give some more variety to those. Now, I am working on making active photoshoots a feature. These two photos are of the viewfinder of the photo studio from the Get to Work EP using some custom poses from Tibo131.

It has been brought to my attention that this script mod for drones is now broken and causing issues. If you downloaded it from modthesims, then you should delete it to avoid any of the issues it is causing.

Escort Career 1.3.0 and Business & Hobbies updates

A new update for the Escort career brings a lot trait called "AWE Streetwalker Hotspot" has been added. The Sims 4 was updated to version 1.113 today in preparation for the Businesses & Hobbies Expansion Pack.

I have not found any problems with my mods from my testing. There are new chance cards for careers that will be added with the EP, so I will get those integrated into my careers.

AWE Actor & Producer Career version 2.7.3

I found and fixed a bug where some goals would show up on an active workday when they should not for the picked scene type. It is now possible to stop the stream on a stationary camera via an interaction. I have reworked how some of the interactions are implemented so they will have a lower impact on pie menu loading on Sims and computers.
