Sugar Relationships 1.1.1 release

This update brings a new event called "Sugar Speed Dating" that allows a Sugar Baby to invite up to 8 Sugar Daddies and/or 8 Sugar Mamas to a bar, lounge, night club, or cafe. The goal of the event is to talk with these invitees and possibly start a new sugar relationship.
A new lot trait is also included in this update. It is the "Sugar Hotspot" and can be placed on bars, lounges, night clubs, or cafes. This trait has Sugar Babies, Sugar Mamas, and Sugar Daddies spawn on the lot. I have added a feature to this trait that blocks the Lovestruck sky gazing couples at all of the venues, as well as, Knight, Alien, and Bear nights from Get Together.
Edit: I have uploaded version 1.1.1 to fix a bug that would not allow Sugar Daddies to start the relationship.
