An interesting concept, make a 12ga slug out of 50 BMG brass. Evan once again shows his creativity and skills to make this happen!
Thanks everyone!

A viewer offered to send us these a couple years ago and recently remembered to send them to us to test out. The ends on most were not square but I left them that way to see if it affected their flight.

A viewer was kind enough to send us these rounds and the design actually looks well-engineered.
Hope you have a great 4th!

Congratulations David! You were picked as the winner of the F111 panel. I'll be sending you a PM on Patreon to get your shipping info!
thanks everyone! I'll try to find some other unique things to give away.

In this video we show three very different types of 00 buckshot. We discuss recoil, patterning, shot count, and velocity. There's no simple answer other than knowing how your shotgun functions at various ranges with the type of ammo you choose.
thanks everyone!!

Tim was kind enough to send us a mold for his sphericon design. Believe it or not, I haven't cast too much stuff - I don't have a melt pot, etc. so that was a challenge for me.
These worked better than I thought. Hope you enjoy!

Got the copyright crap sorted out. Anyway, I re-formed pennies into an aerodynamic shape and loaded 7 to 10 of them. Very impressive results for probably the cheapest 12ga load in history.

We take another look at Evan's magnetron slugs - he sent so many the first time that we had 6 left over. This time we are able to do a ballistic gel test, as well as other shots on oddball targets to try to figure out what the purpose a ceramic slug would be. The answer is not expected.

Thank you Terry for donating these rounds for us to try. They use a glow-in-the-dark disk that uses the flash of the burning powder to make them glow. They are supposed to be used either indoors or outdoors at night. We wanted to see how visible they are under different levels of light.

We test 10 of Chris' latest slugs that we've had for almost a year.... long story. We test them on various target to see what they will go through!

Evan created some more commutator slugs from vacuum cleaner motors. This time we propel them at over MACH 2 with some surprising results.

Danny and I wanted to do something a little different and test out some old .22 shotshells. I have heard people say they would use these for self defense, and even some people who think they are so weak they could handle a shot to the face with them. We wanted to show how much damage these actually DO.
thanks everyone!

Congrats LVE. Your name was randomly drawn. No worries you haven't won something yet, we have another F-111 panel signed by Danny, Gregg and myself this month that I will announce in a day or two. Thanks everyone for your support!

We test the Paraklese Technologies API round, which cost about $4.50 each and are actually sold out. In real time they appear "ok" even though we never saw any sparks from them.

A viewer, Psyko Klown (not sure if that is his real name) sent us these to test out along with about 100 primed hulls (awesome!) These were loaded with 35 grains of longshot giving us about 1600 fps - fast for a 36 grain slug. We had a few hickups - like wad separation on some test but overall it performed well. PK wasn't sure if he used the corre...

You might remember the lead version of this slug that we tested. This one is lead-free and weighs-in at only 20 gram or 2/3 of an ounce. They might be lighter, but make up with higher velocity. VERY accurate out of a smooth-bore and they spin like they were shot out of full-rifling. BPI non-toxix AQ Slug
I hope you all...

Free, a supporter here on Patreon sent us this silicone breast implant and Gregg and I filmed this a few months ago. People wanted to see if the implant would burst from the impact of a bullet through a Kevlar vest. I had some issues with one camera where we filmed the results after each shot, and I figured that out and at least showed the damage after ...

I've wanted to share this tip forever and now is the time to do it since I am trying to avoid going out. I'm more of a cheapskate than an environmentalist, but when you can "save the planet" while you save a ton of money, everyone wins.
I hope everyone is doing well. Thanks again for all your support!

Found this ad next to my video that clearly isn't a "fuel filter oil filter..." For $72.99 you can just buy this and it is shipped to your house without waiting for ATF to approve it.
I hope everyone is staying healthy and safe. thanks for your support. Danny and I filmed some new stuff today I'll be posting soon.

You might remember Saar's barley candy slugs - SO hard they worked well as shotgun slugs. I had some left over and since Youtube deleted the first video, filmed this one not showing any guns and we'll see if that frustrates them since they can't apply firearm rules to the video. Crazy huh?

The newest design by Tim Hamilton - the ballistic machinist. Made of copper and aluminum, I'm sure these will be pricey. I used FS12 gas seals and Tim believes using the stiffer x12x gas seals will solve several minor issues we encountered.

I've always been pretty reluctant to ask our viewers for financial support. It's a lot to ask anyone to help fund something that SHOULD be funded by ad-revenue. But as you know, a lot has changed on Youtube and that revenue has been sliced and diced and we had to ask for a little help.
We have a lot of $1 supporters and honestly I am thankf...
