Chun-Li (Poll Winner)

I've applied what I've learned from artists such as Saiga (Rendering), Alleria (Process), and maybe a little from Mika and Yoneyama (Effects). But alas I have to finish the piece myself. As an artist, I think I learned how to "finish the rest of the horse" so to speak.
Sometimes, you need to fill in the blanks at some point and not fully rely on your references. I'm happy that I was able to execute simple things and combine them into a complex piece. I'm just so happy with how this piece turned and I'm confident that my next pieces will be on par.
