This show was such a huge deal for me as a kid LOL I loved this series so much! Through my shittier years of school, I got by with my favorite YouTubers uploads and the newest episodes of she Ra, supernatural, etc, and through COVID this show was everything to me <3 I even had my partner binge the whole thing during Covid when we were quarantined together—and he enjoyed it nearly just as much as I did! So don’t just trust me on it😌 I hated getting told all the time “eh I’d watch it, but it looks like it’s for girls/kids”, when at the end of the day it was just a cute show about friends and love and hardship. Meaninglessly gendering so many things feels like it’s cut men off from so much joy and whimsy, I’ll never understand why we built these tiny boxes to live in, instead of embracing the stars we all sleep under anyway. All that rant to say She Ra is fkn awesome and you should watch it LMFAOO
