New chart, Discord emojis, and site rewards update

Hello! It's been a little over 2 weeks since we launched our Patreon page - again, thank you so much for becoming a Patron. We've been working daily on getting the Patreon / website integration set up, which should allow us to add on "ad-free browsing" and other site functionality to the tiers, plus a new Bronze tier. More information about that hopefully coming soon!
