This lovely family home has 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms and I only used Base Game and Growing Together to build it! The two-story home has a kitchen, dining room, and spacious living room on the main floor with bedrooms upstairs. The backyard is large - there is a little garden, a deck to relax, a pool with a splash pad, and a kids' play area.

I love Hakim House (mostly for the windows lol) and in these latest apartment renos I haven't been switching out any windows so placement should be easy (or should I say easier).

How I love Medina Studios! Second best apartment building (ily Culpepper house) for me in the city and one that I have renovated so many times before. These ones here are my latest but I'm sure I'll have more in the future!

So first I was going to build a cute no cc nursery with all the new items and then that turned into a let's build a small house AND then it turned into this two-story contemporary family home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. So yeah, love how it turned out (do we need a cc version of this?) 😍

A cute little family starter in Newcrest! This one is just a little above 18k so you should have a little bit leftover (you can always sell a plant or some wall art).
This cute little house has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open-concept living and kitchen (walls are expensive ok!). There is also a little fenced backyard.

And here we are - the final apartment in Evergreen Harbor. I renovated this one into a light, girly pink apartment with a giant walk-in closet (a dream!) This is my favorite of all the Evergreen apartments - I love the shades of pink.

I renovated the second of the two Pinecrest apartments into an apartment for a painter! Because this is a smaller apartment the bedroom is also the art studio. I had this one in mind for a starting artist with a dream of once owning their own art studio!
