Artist Apartment | 402 Pinecrest
Added 2023-02-11 17:00:01 +0000 UTCI renovated the second of the two Pinecrest apartments into an apartment for a painter! Because this is a smaller apartment the bedroom is also the art studio. I had this one in mind for a starting artist with a dream of once owning their own art studio!
No windows or doors were replaced, I did cheat and I updated Evergreen Harbor to a Modern Development!
