This month we are renovating ALL of the Evergreen Harbor Apartments. I am starting with 404 Pinecrest and I renovated it into a cute and cozy two-bedroom apartment.
No windows or doors were replaced, I did cheat and I updated Evergreen Harbor to a Modern Development!

Happy February! Wow, January just flew by but was also super long? LOL
I am starting the month off with a no cc build (would you like more of those? lmk) and a few changes!

My plan for this one was to build a small starter house but I went a little bit over budget. Soo... a tiny home on Windenburg Island it is!

930 Medina is a huge apartment and I renovated it into an apartment for a chef sim who loves to entertain! Spacious kitchen with double island, separate pantry, living room just off the kitchen, and a formal dining room. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an office/living space.

I renovated 920 Medina into a cozy two-bedroom family apartment. For easier placement, I didn't change any windows!
I think for the next few months I will be working through all the apartments in San Myshuno (again lol) so if you have any requests for a specific apartment just let me know. I have one more Medina to go and then I'll start on Hakim House.

I renovated 910 Medina into a bookworm's apartment. As someone who LOVES reading, this apartment would be a dream.
To make it easier to place I didn't change any windows or doors just a couple of walls. Build video coming next week.

Starting the new year with a bang - a big modern luxury villa in the beautiful Tartosa!
The villa has two floors (technically 3 - the main living part is on the second floor), a large outdoor area and balcony, two bedrooms with ensuites, and an open main living area.
Not sure if I will be able to do a build video for this one just yet, I might revisit it in the future! ...

Just in time for Winterfest this is my Autumn Cabin all decorated for the holidays - I LOVE how it looks in the wintertime! We changed the slipcovers on the couches, and added some holiday pillows, candles, garlands, and of course Winterfest trees 🎄

I was initially going to renovate this one for a single sim but then I thought why not decorate it for an NYE celebration?
I didn't replace any windows and doors in this one, so it should be really easy to place!

Another week, another apartment reno, and it's another Culpepper Apartment (shocking I know 😜).

So, our moving did not go as planned (snowstorm, -20 degrees all week 🥶). The house is nowhere near ready...which means no computer for me! That means I can't edit or post any more videos or builds 😩
I definitely will have to skip next week's video, and then I'm hoping I can get my computer set up. The weather should warm up this week.
