I LOVE fall, it's my favorite season and October is one of my favorite months. I had a lot of fun working on this fall-themed modern cottage and I'll have it ready for download in a couple of days.
There will be no video on my channel this weekend - I am moving!!! I should have a video next week and hopefully, have my computer set up soon.

I love Culpepper House too much (and really need some new apartments lol). This one is a little darker and moodier and I really love how it turned out. One bedroom, one bathroom, and an open living + kitchen.
I did replace the windows but they are in the same spot as the original.

I just finished renovating 20 Culpepper in a luxury apartment. I love how it turned out and I LOVE the "open windows" in this apartment.
I am not sure when this one will be available. I am currently in the middle of moving and renovating and let me tell you, renovations in the Sims are much easier than in real life. I wish I could just paint a room with one click 😂😂

I usually don't enjoy doing base game-only builds (give me back my cc folder) but this one wasn't as bad especially because I love all the items from the new free kit.

I renovated 1313 21 Chic Street into a fun and colorful apartment. Not my usual style but this was so much fun! I wanted it to have a lot of colors and lots of clutter and all the wallpaper!
This one should be easy to place and only one window was replaced!

A bit of a different build today and it was a lot of fun! Just wanted to let you know that the download has a different bed then the build video. CC beds were broken when I was getting this ready for upload so had to switch it out for a working one.

A little bit of a different build today, it has been a while since my last cliff house.
This house is split into 3 levels, the first one is the main living area with a kitchen, dining, and living. The second level features a large balcony, a powder room, and a full bathroom. The third level is the pool and the big bedroom.
