I renovated 19 Culpepper into a dream apartment for any sims who loves yoga (in my case Pilates 😁).
The best part of this apartment is that the windows are now included in the download!

These were the original townhouses I prebuilt before I got the new pack. I wanted to build a townhouse complex with a shared community space and pool.
I ended up going with just the two townhouses, but I still wanted to share the original build. The exterior is finished, but I left the interior empty. I might finish it one day, but for now, it's a shell only.

Two modern townhouses your sim can rent. Each townhouse is a separate rental unit with a fenced backyard. Townhouse 1 has one bedroom and one bathroom, and Townhouse 2 has 1 a half bath and one bedroom. Both are fully furnished.

I love, love this little apartment. I tried to do a different floor plan that I usually use in this space and I like how it turned out. It's a perfect little dreamy apartment.

I LOVE Windenburg and especialy Windenburg Island. The world is just so pretty and I Love building there. I did the Windenburg Mansion a couple of weeks ago and I wasn't ready to leave just yet.
So here is Windenburg Place. A modern build with two bedrooms, three bathrooms and a small backyard. But who needs a backyard when your front yard is a beach?
