I am a yoga & Pilates girlie (and so is my sim - level 10 Wellnes lol), so the inspiration for this one was me and what kind of Pilates/yoga studio I would want to have because my Pilates studio is my living room.
Also working on the Brownstone/NYC-inspired apartments and I'll post a pic as soon as it looks a little more put together lol
