NYC Townhouses
Added 2023-12-03 17:17:01 +0000 UTCNYC-inspired townhouses in San Myshuno - three fully furnished townhouses! This one was quite the project - 9 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms through the three townhouses and the cc list is my entire cc folder 😂
Each townhouse has 3 floors, two have a cute little backyard and one has a terrace. I did different floor plans for each townhouse and tried to include different rooms. So each townhouse is unique.
Townhouse one is more modern-looking. I like to think it was just recently renovated. Main floor powder room, living room, kitchen & dining. The second floor has two bedrooms with ensuite and the top floor is a loft with a living room and terrace.
The middle townhouse is more traditional—main floor living room, powder room, kitchen and dining with a cute little backyard. Second-floor bedroom with ensuite, a little office and a walk-in closet. Third-floor laundry room, cozy seating area and bedroom with ensuite.
The last townhouse (dark facade) is more family orientated. The main floor is again the main living space - the living room, kitchen and dining with a backyard that has a little garden. The second floor has the main bathroom, kid room and a nursery. The third floor has a bathroom, bedroom and a little den.
