I have gotten some work done on Augur B3 Chapter 4, but paused because my editor gave some excellent feedback about Tzila's arc in Book 2.

Book 3, Chapter 1: Complete!

First draft done, this was a fun scene to write. Lots of worldbuilding concepts introduced, some new characters named, and we find ourselves in the middle of events that we'll need to explore further in the next few chapters.

I've been doing some long overdue editing on Augur. I have completed a series of minor re-writes and updates for Book 1, and plan on uploading an ePub of it shortly - I just need to fight through getting that to look good in LibreOffice.

It's a little slow going. I've re-written parts of Magic Notebook chapter 6 a few times, because Sophia/FF's character isn't gelling as nicely as I thought it would. I think I'm on the right track now, but I'm having to go through and be extra careful to make sure the conversation isn't still hinging on things that were said in a previous draft.

Making some excellent progress on Chapter 5, almost three thousand words in this morning. I'm not sure if I'm going to cut off this chapter at the end of this scene or keep going yet - I'll make that call when i get to it and see how natural it feels to call this a chapter break. Even if I do, though, I know what's coming up next, so that would just mean Chapter 6 right after.
