Good news, all! I think I've found the root of my depression. Turns out to be just another nutritional deficiency, needed a more regular intake of Omega-3s. I'm sure getting back on my medicine helped a bit too.

I wanted to let you all know that I'm not doing well lately. I struggle with depression severely and it affects everything in my daily life.

Due to this, I haven't been able to work efficiently. This has been the case since late July. Recently, however, I've started to recover and I'm taking better care of myself.
