I made 14 new gestures for GAR

New update for Gesture Animation Remix is almost ready, I hope to share it with you at the beginning of november. What is more to do: retarget female versions of animations, rewrite conditions to use class and skill parameters instead of factions to make my mod work on NPCs from new lands mods.

And after that I will be able to add new idle animations to NPCAR and LCA

It's not ready to be published as part of updated mod (need to correct hands and adapt animations for female skeleton), but could be added already. FREE finger tracking ai video mocap is available for my modding

Even though the most accurate ai video mocap service is Plask.ai, Three D Pose Tracker program is my choice. It is the the easiest to use free tool to record finger motion which I can use to make gesture animations for example.

By the way, finger tracking update of TDPT was released on the same day I published my Gesture Animation Remix mod, it's a pleasant coincidence ;)

Made a big progress with cart driver idle

Homemade Ai video mocap was used!

It was so boring searching for suitable animations to retarget in animation libraries... so I made a video of myself with motion I want to see and made a long .bvh animation with Three D Pose Tracker program. Result was floaty and I had to correct retarget a lot, but it is still much better than doing all by hand or trying to sew together different pieces...

Sometimes its not easy for me to pursue this modding endevours and I tend to see less value in what I am doing here. But knowing people are interested enough that they even send donations gives me a really good argument to use to reason my way out from negativity :)

Also had pretty good results with retargeting hand motion from .bvh animation.

I am doing several little modding projects at once and it actually helps to reduce stress. 

If I am stuck, I just shift my focus to another thing.
