Inigo, Lucien and Skeever have more distinct gestures. Also pawnbrokers and such. Because in majority of cases you are either telling your followers to carry loot or talking while selling it to vendors, so this NPC types received refreshed dialogue animation repertoire first from me. Also beggars are more dramatic now. Have fun :)
