I suggest starting with using an animation in GTA 4 and try to convert it to 5 using VOAD tool at: https://github.com/dexyfex/OpenMapTools I cannot teach you how to make animations from scratch, that's something you watch a tutorial for or consult with people who know how to do it (I don't know animations good enough to explain or guarantee a positive outcome on it).
