New rules regarding the Monster/Texhnolyze slot

Since I started Texhnoylze the release order of the content has been a bit mixed and weird, and while I will not change that in any significant way when it comes to the Youtube side of things, I thought I should change the way I release these series on patreon.

From now on, starting with the latest episodes of Monster and Texhnolyze here in Early Acess, the EA content will switch from a "X weeks Early Access" system to a "X videos Early Access" system.

Now what does that mean exactly? It means that for both Monster and Texhnolyze, instead of calculating 2 weeks ahead of it's Youtube release and deciding which Patreon Tier will get the videos, I will calculate back 2 videos (for each series separately).

In practical terms that means that if I release 3 reaction videos on Monster (like I did today), then the Early Access Tier (The Scholar Tier) will get access to 2 of them (this time I did 3 just to make up for the fact that we had delays and that Im having an exam soon, would be stupid to lock it behind the Master tier). And the Student Tier will get access to 1 of them.

This way, Scholar Patrons will (almost) always have access to 2 videos more than the public will have on Youtube, and Student Patrons will always have access to 1 video more than Youtube, regardless of if the video in question is going to be released to Youtube in 2 weeks or 4 weeks.

So it is definitely possible that the public release of a Monster or Texhnolyze episode is planned for November 13th, but the Scholar Tier patrons already have access to it RIGHT NOW. In this way, I am trying to always stay around 2 videos ahead of Youtube for BOTH Texhnolyze and Monster, and in cases where I risk of not being 2 videos ahead I will delay the public Youtube release for the Patron-exclusive videos until I have enough material to provide you with more content here on patreon. But in most cases this will not be necessary, as the public Youtube releases will alternate between Monster and Texhnolyze, so you will effectively (sometimes, not always) get access to videos that are scheduled as far as 4 weeks away on Youtube.

I want to note that the only thing I promise is that you will be 2 videos ahead of Youtube, not that I can deliver releases every week. Sometimes it might take a week or two for me to catch back up. I will endeavour to post one video a week for the slot though (so either Monster or Texhnoylze). So it's possible you are in a situation like the one right now, where you have access to 3 Monster videos ahead, but only 1 Texhnloyze video. I do hope that the occasional double-episode will make up for that.

It is possible however that I might make videos availble to the lower tier patrons after a while (unlocking another video for the Student Patrons for example after a week or two) even if there is no new videos and even when I stop the Youtube public release. It's also possible I make a video that was previously on Student Tier availble to Free Patreon members in such cases.

But anyway, the Youtube release order will NOT change! Youtube schedule will remain largely UNAFFECTED by these changes (aside from the mentioned stop of releases if I am behind). Youtube will still have 1-2 videos of series 1 (i.e. Monster) in one week and then 1-2 videos of series 2 (i.e. Texhnolyze) in the other week - or, alternatively, 1 video of each in some weeks. To get an idea of what releases are imminent for Youtube or the Student Tier you can keep an eye on the higher tier releases here, they will normally predict what you are going to get next as a Student Patreon or as the normal public audience on Youtube.

TLDR;
I will strive to make sure that:

• Scholar patrons are always 2 videos (instead of weeks) ahead of Youtube 

• Student patrons are always 1 video (instead of week) ahead of Youtube

• In case I am falling behind, Youtube releases will be slowed down first

• If we are more than 2 videos ahead I will sometimes release them to Master Tier for a week before giving them to Scholars, but sometimes I might also decide to just give it to Scholars (depends how many Masters+ Patrons there are and if I am on schedule atm
