Ever since their encounter with the final remnants of the Red Scorpions, Officer Ronnie Blake of the Muscle City Police Department had been thinking about his team-up with Alexi Volkov, wrestler and sometimes-boxer for Muscle City Sports.

The department was always looking for good-minded, quick, skilled, and powerful recruits to defend the people of the metropolis from the seedier, shadier muscleheads dwelling in the shadows. Ronnie felt Alexi might fit the bill.

In the locker room, Alexi was showering off from a match with the big-bellied Texan wrestler, Brock Walker, when he was greeted by a messenger from the MCPD. Ogling all the naked men in the steamy room, the intern could barely stammer out why he was there. He eventually relayed the message that Ronnie Blake wanted to meet him in the ring at the A22 warehouse downtown.

Never one to back down from a challenge, the Soviet Stallion bounced his pecs and agreed to the match!

Ronnie, wearing his full MCPD uniform, was waiting for Alexi in the ring stationed in the secluded warehouse. One look at the cop had sent the street toughs into hiding, though a few of the braver punks found safe places to watch (and more) what was about to go down...
