We test BPI's AQ slugs -Made in USA now

Originally made in Italy,  these were sold by Ballistic Products for years and had very good reviews by hunters.   The Italian company went out of business around 10 years ago but BPI got the tooling to manufacture these themselves.  I think this is a first since BPI normally re-sells other company's slugs.

thank you Patrons!

I've had nothing but good experience with BPI. I'm sure if you look hard, you might find someone who didn't. I have the bare necessities for loading shells. A Lee Safety scale (balance scale) some homemade powder scoops, and a roll crimper.

I LOVE the idea of shattering phone batteries all over the ground! If leftist gun grabbin greenies hate it, it makes me smile...

That was awesome. You got me wanting to reload shotgun shells. You are modest about your reloading skills brotha, you got the skillz!!! Lol but seriously though, always awesome content. Just another satisfied subscriber. Also is BPI the best place to get the shell components for reloading? Very curious πŸ€”

Give that phone to a Liberal and tell them to call someone that gives a damn with it?

Mark Rittner

Yeah, plus the rifled barrel is shorter than the smooth bore.

The increased damage to the rear of the lead plate from the second slug could indicate that the chronograph reading for the first shot was correct - for whatever reason. Perhaps a light powder throw, or just an artifact of using the rifled barrel.
