Hello, Corrupted Souls,

I know, I know, in the planning it should be time for the Gifts, but I found out I put sooooo many "clues" in the next release that I thought... "Huh... Hey, maybe you should tell your dear Patreons about this!"

So here we go!

• The sweet Jane solo action scene is complete, I'm very happy with it... And with the options... I hope you'll be too!

• I'm currently working on the Funfair Event.

But before we dive into the heart of the matter, let me explain why a second Devlog!

The Funfair Event is... Discreetly... introducing some of the new cast for the next chapter of the game. Your humble servant worked really really REALLY hard on that to prepare everything. Although it is invisble for you in the game, it took hours from me.

What will you see during the Funfair Event?

If you have a keen eye and pay attention, you might catch a glimpse of some of the new crew for the future. I won't say anything about them for now. But I'm sure of one thing. Hell, I'm so sure I could bet my hand that no one knows what's going to happen or where the train will go after the "Slow Fall" station.

This implementation took me a monstrous amount of time, I'll let you see for yourself how many characters you'll discover, but let me just say that's not all of them.

The pacing of the game will evolve in the future. I've talked about this before, but a linear story doesn't fully satisfy me. It leaves little room to get you more involved in the game's development. And I want to work on that.

The best example is the current "Extra Scene." Don't get me wrong! I'd love to create an additional Jane scene with each release. But I'd like to offer you another choice.

For example, being able to choose which girl will have her story progress. I think that would be a good idea and would fit much better with how your humble servant will be directing the second part of the game.

Now let's go back to the information!

• The Funfair Event is a very long one. Your humble servant is going all in:

  • Outfit choice

  • Two separate dates

  • 4 ways to end the dates

KSF will have another update after this one. We are currently at version 0.9.1 (a small patch to version 0.9.0), the next version will be version 0.9.5… And the last one… version 1, which will complete the first chapter. There, I said it. I will answer your questions in due time of course, but please, trust me on this, the transition to the second chapter will be as smooth as possible.

Pheeeew, that's it. I'll let that slide!
