In tight jeans with my new shiny black patent 16cm 6" inch CFM stiletto high heels that have been customized with LOCKING ankle straps. With the padlock in place there is no way to take the heels off without the key. The key was left at home effectively trapping me in my sIave stilettos. There was a watcher that was very interested in my heels...
