October Anime Oracle: Zero Hour

This month's anime oracle is "Zero Hour," named for the Persona-inspired RPG (and maybe novel) I want to do some day (with a few bits straight out of Twin Peaks), though you could also use it for e.g. Voidheart Symphony.
