ALSO: There is no bonus video this week. Since this was a last minute scramble, I didn't have a good one lined up, so I will make it up to you all next week with an exclusive (can't spoil the surprise, but it will be musical).

I was chosen for the presale because I had previously bought tickets for her Lover Fest tour, which was canceled because of COVID (people who had purchased tickets for that and were refunded, were automatically selected for the presale). However, since the presale times were during the workday (10am and 2pm), I wasn’t able to get on and join the queue until I got out of work. Which meant I was too late. I was holding out hope to just snag some tickets during the public on sale, but that never happened.

2022-11-19 15:07:51 +0000 UTCI’ve never been to a concert so when this one popped up, I knew it was perfect to take my sisters and my niece as our first concert together… I signed up for the verified fan, got an email saying I would be “boosted” in queue but ended up being waitlisted. Then, my best friend offered his capitol one card to info to me (bc there was also a capitol one presale)… he had a hefty limit and said I could spend whatever bc it was important to me… waited 3 hours in queue just to be notified ALL presale tickets were sold out. Ticketmaster FAILED, horribly. There was 6 ticket limit so by giving out 1.5 million codes, they had already oversold if everyone bought that many. They messed up, and their gaslighting is real. Also, I saw a tiktok of someone averaging out the number of tickets based on stadium sizes and 52 shows with the average fees of Ticketmaster… they made roughing 270 million dollars
