Same can be said about this jockstrap which really can't contain my fat pad anymore. 🥵

Change

One of my favorite things about gaining is how much I've changed. The transformation that the fat does.

I've been very curious about how I'd look with a goatee again - it's been four years! So I decided to give it a go. I sent a photo to my encourager friend and I was like.. What if I take it further 👀 I didn't need much convincing to do it.

Been a while since the last shower video, so here is a new one! I put on a very tight orange speedo and I soap my big body. Surprised how far away I have to stand from the camera so you can see all of my belly 🥵 and damn do I get out of breath towards the end 😮‍💨
