Monthly Patron Commissions

I need your input! I have two options for you and I would like to know which one(s) you prefer.

As I mentioned previously, for each dollar you pay monthly, you get a "cookie" that you can use (or not) for the monthly commissions. 

For example, Jimmy is a Tier 3 Patron and has paid $6 over two months. They get 6 cookies. Jenny is a Tier 1 Patron and has paid $4 over four months...

How the Commission Raffle Works

I just want to clarify how the monthly raffle works. Basically, everyone who is a T3 Patron during any given month is entered for the end of the month raffle. This month's raffle will be held on July 30th, 8 PM EST. The winner will be contacted through here to discuss the details of the short story. Winners have 48 hours to respond or a new winner will be chosen.
