There is lore to Teo! When I first concepted Teo's canon form (bug!Teo) I had no idea the bug part of him was more of a flowerpot than anything... I just knew there was a big pink peony growing out of his back and every time I drew a peony I kept being reminded of wings and feathers. So now he's a flower made of wings! My AWC character designs are all very simple and mundane but sometimes I wanna dress them up LOL. Jo is technically a prince!! I wanted to give him a crown for a long time. It was a very clumsy ink wash but it was really fun doing the black parts!
