Faster Settings

In the latest dev version, I took on the massive task of rewriting how shader settings are handled internally to significantly reduce load times.

As many of you know, all settings previously required a long reload time. My goal was to improve this experience, making adjustments feel much more responsive - especially since the many new settings are a core part of Euphoria Patches.
