• Started a christmas thing on monday.
• Tuesday ran into some rigging issue, fixed it across all characters.

• Back in action since Wednesday.
• Fixed upper lip modeling issue.
• Stallion rig coming along real well. Maybe half-way into skinning process already!

Can reuse maybe 85% of it all on the mare! Pretty huge savings.

• Made eyeballs!
• Started on retopo; stallion is maybe 60-70% done by now. Mare should go a lot faster as they have very similar anatomy.

Focusing work on stallion and mare meanwhile.

About to open a discord server in upcoming week. We'll see how it goes from there.

• Refined the mare, she's 100% fffine now.
• Mare rear turned out pretty good, so had to go back and do a refining pass on stallion's (didn't take long).
• Worked out some mane designs, modeled them for both.
• Nearly completed (maybe even done!) the sculpt pass on mare's mane.

• Went back to the horses, got a good start on the mare version of the drafter. Day or two more and she's ready for retopo together with the stallion.
