Wound up being more tied up than I expected, and didn't make as much progress as I'd hoped this week.
However, with the 4 day Easter Weekend coming up, there should be plenty of time to wrap up anything more that needs to be done ASAP.
I know I'm looking forward to it, I hope you've all got something good planned for the break too,

So I didn't quite manage to keep my deadline, but the chapter is at least now largely complete. I've got a few things to finish up and tidy up, and then transcribe it from paper to word, but that shouldn't be too long a process. I should be in a good position for that by the end of this week.

As mentioned previously, I spent this whole weekend (and slightly before) out and about, down the country visiting my mother for her birthday. So, from that, I didn't really make any progress with the story.
Definitely not the best, but I'll still believe that I'm on track to get it finished before the end of March... somehow!
Not a whole lot to report this week. I've moved directly into my next project, or, to be precise- I'd already started it while working on the XBC2 commission. But, it's a bit larger, so there's still a lot to do.
My goal for now, is to have it complete before the end of March, but I'll be away travelling (home, for my Mum's birthday) this coming weekend, so that might be a fairly aggressi...

Two people actually chipped in for this commission/request, so that's some insane generosity, and hopefully the chapter lives up to it. I've tried a few new things with it, and it should make the setup for the plot a little more clear, but really it's should just be a bunch of fun!

A slightly slower week this time, after following up from my latest chapter upload.
However, I've almost completed the skeleten/outline of the next chapter, and I'll begin writing in earnest again. Too early to really tell, but it's looking fairly good so far, I like what's there.

Just the same as the previous update, practically all that needs to be done is just finishing it off, just transcribing and uploading it. So it'll be done shortly, hopefully. Things are endlessly chaotic at the moment, but it should be all done as soon as I can make time to finish it off.

Another good week of progress this time. This chapter seems to be coming together fairly smoothly so far and from looking at things as they are, I believe I'm a little under halfway done. So, hopefully, if things continue in this vein I'll be 2/3 done or so by Friday and look to get things wrapped up for editing and publishing from there.
That timeline may get pushed out a little...
So with the latest commission sorted, I'm getting straight back on track for the next chapteer of A Change of Tactics. This time it's going to be a (hopefully) short interlude chapter that'll link the end of the previous chapter with the introduction of the next character.

And here we go! Something new and slightly different! Rather than a full and complete story, a commission for an ongoing series of small snippets and short stories. Something that I should, hopefully, be able to iterate quickly on.

Actually good progress this week, and I'm pretty happy with how it's turning out too, which is nice.
I've been requested to add more to the scenes setting things up, and expanding the premise however, so that's taking a little more time.

So a fairly funny story to start/end this week with. I was finishing up last night (a mix of writing and some personal stuff) and wound up wrapping up around 5am or so. "That's pretty bad, but not the first time and probably won't be the last" I told myself, getting into bed and preparing for work the next day.
Then I slept through all my alarms and woke up around midday.

Jumping straight back into it! Currently working on a new project for a Patreon backer.
This one's a lot smaller scope though and I'm aiming to have it either completely wrapped up, or very close to, by this coming weekend. Let's see!
