"So, I'm thinking for this next chapter, I'll just do a short interlude that sets everything in motion for the next one, setting up Say'ri coming to Ylisse, while calling back to Robin's actions towards Cordelia and Lissa's kiss with Maribelle. Probably pretty quick, maybe 6k-10k words."

"Huh. That sounds good. But you know what you should do instead, you should put in a scene for <REDACTED>! And then include <REDACTED> and <REDACTED>!"

"Hmmm... I could do that, but then I'll have to completely change the way one of my biggest scenes will play out, it'll end up being a lot bigger. It'd end up at the same lenght as a standard chapter at that rate."

"Well... If you do that, then in my next chapter, instead of having Lucina getting sexually bullied by Robin and Cynthia, I'll be kind to her instead! That's right, Lucina will get sweet and gentle loving!"

...

"Okay... So how did you want that scene again?"

The conversation played out absolutely nothing like that, but that's how I'm choosing to remember it. The point is, when people talk about "Proteccing" cute anime girls, this is surely the kind of thing they're talking about.

Ahwell, anyhow. I basically dedicated an entire long weekend towards finally getting this truck out the door, I'm beat and I've got work in about 4 hours (Yes, I realise I always say that, that's how bad my planning is). So, I don't have anything exceptionally witty to say this time.
