2018 sketchbook tour

I did it, I recorded my first ever sketchbook tour video! It's for my March-July sketchbook from 2018, an interesting period as it's when I was changing gears to go from Chirault to Wychwood. 

Now that I've dropped it here I'm realizing the audio is very quiet-- I'll have to see if I can fix that in future uploads. Soon!

Finished Currency microcomic!

I finished the colours on this sucker! This was created for the Hiveworks Microcomic hashtag event in August, so it'll be going up on Twitter on August 31, but you all get to see it early :B

Chapter 10 edits-- revision process

I decided to make some changes to the last scene in the current chapter-- subtle ones, but it changes the meat of the scene. Anyway, I figured I'd give folks a peek at the revision stages!

The actual process for this one was pretty simple, but it took ages to decide on what imagery to put in it that would be interesting but not overtly spoilery.

I busted out my dip pen and also tested out Clip Studio's Colourize functions, just for fun, and this was the result. I kinda like it, I'm considering making prints of this for TCAF (which I'm going to be tabling at this year)

Stickers!!

The background is a mockup of what it might look like once actually put to paper-- what I'm planning is a run of these four die-cut sticker designs, printed in opaque ink on metallic backing paper. So the spots where the bg texture is showing through, will be metallic on the final stickers! I put in the order for these and I'm really excited to see how they'll come out :D

I've been working on filling out this meme using prompts people toss me for Wychwood or Chirault characters along with a number/letter code! I've gotten through quite a few already, and here are the results, which have been pretty handy for fleshing out the custom emojis in my discord server XD

Edits to chapter 3!

I updated a couple of scenes in chapter 3! These ones didn't have problems so much as... there were a couple of details pertaining to Felix's backstory/status within Wychwood that I didn't feel had been adequately conveyed. So in this round of revisions I tried to make those things a bit clearer!
