I've spent a long time thinking about what Nikto(Nobody) should look like without the mask. Honestly, I couldn't find a clear reference for his face that worked for me, so what I ended up with is kind of random, but I like it, and I hope you too!
The markings on his body are scars that were scratched or carved into his skin during torture by Victor Zakhaev.
