NEXT TWCD CHAPTER: Rough Draft Stage

I'm not certain if this is the entire thing or not, but I wanted to get something out before the new year. It's very likely it will be substantially altered by the Editing Gang, but if anyone here has feedback I am more than happy to incorporate it!

Progress on the Wedding of Shepard and Liara

Wele, an artist in the PV Discord, has been working on this quite a while. This is the progress so far -- she's now preparing to add the people. 

TWCD and 2020

As you probably know by now, I got the next chapter out. My rough strike date was Thanksgiving in the US (Nov 26) so I am actually ahead of schedule, sort of. 

Now I am currently in the process of writing the outline of the next chapter. I still have about six RP sessions to write up for Bird of Hermes, just for wave 1.

NEXT CHAPTER OUT THIS WEEKEND

The Editing Gang is done with the 'material' editing, all that remains is for the master copy-editor to go over it. Hopefully I'll be able to have that finished by tomorrow. 

The 'pre-edit' version had about 9400 words -- the full version bulked out to about 15,000 words. I don't expect much of a delay in that. The next chapter is in outlining now.

Working on the next TWCD Chapter

Right now, I'm in the process of moving from the outline version of the chapter to the 'rough draft' version. The process is kind of fiddly, as the screenshots of it show. 

There's several steps. The outline itself is basically divided up into chunks, and the chunks into blocks, and the blocks into sections. A 'chunk' is a given setting point -- for example, 'Arrive at Citadel Chunk'...

Since most people seem to want to choose what gets made but let everyone see it, that really simplifies things for me. 

I have three potential video ideas ,but I am open to more. I will also be recording a Walker-series related video that is restricted to the Patreon.

I've been told I should do more YouTube stuff. I am not sure yet if I want to do a set of videos only restricted to Patreons, or simply let the Patreons decide what gets made.

Note that this is stuff related to the PV. I do plan to make some videos discussing the Walker series and that is DEFINITELY Patreon-only.

With the lockdown due to COVID, I am finally finding the time to overhaul a lot of different aspects of the backend of the Premiseverse.

As I said in the previous update, I've restarted working with the outstanding artist Armesan (allnighterproductions.com) who did the original series of art for the Premiseverse. 

The previous work for Dr. Minsta was simply too carbon copy of the model he was based on and not sufficiently detailed. Armesan's work above is superior. In a few more days expect more art like this!

I'm sorry it's been a while since I posted an update.

I've re-engaged the services of Erin Rozenweig of AllNighterProductions (produced the Liara, Benezia and Shepard artwork) after a lengthy amount of time where she was too busy.
