Small Farm, Expert

Hello Experts and Masters! This week's map is the Small Farm (20x25), and I've prepared some alternate versions for you with some extreme weather!

The stormy one should be familiar if you've been a patron here for a while, though you'll notice that I altered the effects a little in an attempt to more imitate the lighting of a spring shower, rather than a full-on storm. And also, the...

Modest Chapel

Hi folks! This time I made the Modest Chapel (27x19), a simple map with a more classic D&D layout. Every once in a while I've gotta make a map for me, and as longtime Patrons could guess, I tend to default to forest maps when I get to choose. And, while I know that you need only so many forest maps, who doesn't need a little chapel and graveyard every once in a while? I think I've needed a ...

Modest Chapel, Adept

Hello Adepts! This week's map is the Modest Chapel (27x19), a fun place for your players to convert partway through a difficult adventure, or help the resident cleric fight off the zombies which assail him.

Your alternate version this time is a nice Fall one! I haven't had the chance to break out this palette for quite a while and I jumped on the opportunity while I was working on a fores...

Hello Experts and Masters! This week's map is the Modest Chapel (27x19), a solid little location for your players to stumble across in the forest, alongside the road, or somewhere on a lord's sprawling estate. Your extra content this time are a few which will help this map mesh better in your more grim campaigns, Spooky and Subdued versions!

The Spooky version is a much more extreme retou...

Shady Brewery

Hello folks! This week's map is the Shady Brewery (24x35), a grimy place with a hidden fighting pit in the basement. I made this map imagining that it might be owned by a gang or other dubious group who are using the brewery as a front, but obviously you can re-skin it however you'd like! Maybe it's less shady and more roguish, an exclusive place you need an invitation in order to gain access t...

Shady Brewery, Adept

This week I made the Shady Brewery (24x35), a grimy little place with a bigger basement than it appears at first glance. Also, your alternate version for this one is a nice Sunset version, which also would work well in a more arid environment, like in a Western-themed campaign.

1. I really don't ...

Shady Brewery, Expert

Hi Experts and Masters! This week I made the Shady Brewery (24x35), a sketchy place that's definitely a front for something (that's up to you). At the very least, that fighting pit hidden behind a bookshelf in the basement is pretty questionable, I'd be interested to see how my players would find there way down there without raising the alarm.

Your extra content for this map includes a Da...

Desert Ruins

Hello everyone, I'm back! This week I made the Desert Ruins (35x30), a much more busy desert map than the rest of the archive. Also, it's worth noting that I prepared both underwater and winter versions of this map for the Expert patrons, who often get major environment swaps like this, so if you're one of the people who have been asking about getting more winter maps, perhaps consider the Expe...

Desert Ruins, Adept

Hello folks, this week's map is the Desert Ruins (35x30), and your alternate version is a very fun Necrotic recoloring of the regular night version! As some of you might have guessed, this one is inspired by Warhammer's Necrons, a spooky robot race with Egyptian styling. If you're like me and are interested in maybe using some of your Warhammer minis for DnD purposes, this is one possibility to...

Hello Experts! This week's map is the Desert Ruins (35x30), and I know what you're thinking, didn't I already make a map named 'Desert Ruins'? Nah, sure didn't.

Anyway, your alternate versions this time are Winter and Underwater versions! That's right, even more options for filling out your tundra/seafloor adventures with plenty of ruins. Never again will your party go to extreme en...

Desert Canyon Bridges, a Collaboration with Miscellanea Maps

Hello everyone, this week's map is the Desert Canyon Bridges (35x35), and I worked on this map alongside Miscellanea Maps, another mapmaker of whom I'm a big fan! As you can probably guess, I made the canyon for this map and they made the dungeon and bridges that overlap it. If you're interested getting even more ve...

Feywild Encampment

I'm back this week with the Feywild Encampment (30x30), the 5th best map from the poll! I've come to really enjoy these Fey maps, the funky colors and effects make it feel like a nice departure from my typical forest maps while still being used as a particularly mystical regular forest. And, on top of that, who doesn't need more camp maps? Other than inns, camps seem to be one of the next most ...

Feywild Encampment, Adept

Did you like the regular version of this map (30x30) but hate that dang camp right in the middle? I get that. Now you can just hang out in a forest with just a whole bunch of mushrooms and rocks, and no one will be around to ask you what you're doing! And, of course, this one comes with a night version, because sometimes you mess up your schedule and end up in the forest at night.

Hello Experts and Masters! This week's map is the Feywild Encampment (30x30), and your alternate versions this time are my old favorites- Subdued and Stormy! However, you will notice that the Subdued version is a little different than usual, I took it in another direction than I normally would. This time I leaned more toward a yellow/greenish direction and kept it a little more vibrant than pre...

Misty Graveyard

Hello folks, this week's map is the Misty Graveyard (30x30), another of the top choices from the last poll! I wanted this one to be a little more open-ended than my other graveyard maps, so I tried to make it so it could fit both urban and forest settings without much difficulty, perhaps serving as an old and overbooked cemetery just outside of town. I feel like graveyard maps never go out of s...

Misty Graveyard, Adept

Hello, Adepts! This week's map is the Misty Graveyard (30x30), and your alternate version is a more subdued version, which I thought was fitting. The basic version feels very spectral and spooky, but that's not always the right vibe for a graveyard- for this one, I tweaked the colors and lighting for a more stark and grim feel that would fit perfectly in a setting like D&D's Shadowfell plan...

Hello Experts and Master! This week's map is the Misty Graveyard (30x30), and your alternate versions are a cheerful Vibrant version and a dramatic Sunset version! I haven't come up with a great use for a more happy graveyard, but I don't doubt someone out there has an encounter in mind that perfectly fits its vibe. At the very least you can have a fun transition from this one to the base versi...

Sailing Ship

Hello folks, I'm back this week with the Sailing Ship (24x35), my second attempt at a boat map! This time around I think it came out pretty well, and unlike my last attempt, I thought it was good enough that I didn't need to make it a free map. Then again I'm an artist, not a shipwright, so who knows if this is would be a functional boat, but at the very least I can bet that your players won't ...

Hello Experts and Masters! This week's map is the Sailing Ship (24x35), and your alternate versions are Ghostly and Stormy! Hello Adepts, this week's map is the Sailing Ship (24x35), and your alternate version is an extra spooky Foggy Night version! City Hall Square

Hello everyone, I'm back this week with the next map from the poll, the City Hall Square (30x30)! This one should be a nice addition to my roster of urban maps, with much more open space than any of the rest, making for some interesting city terrain that you typically can't find in other maps. Ranged players often have a hard time with the close-quarters of cities, but this one is much more acc...

Ruined Village Center

This week's map is the winner from the recent poll, the Ruined Village Center (30x30)! Hopefully, this one doesn't come as a surprise if you were expecting a city map, but for future reference know that I usually use the term 'Village' to indicate a little roadside farming town and 'City' to indicate your larger walled towns with cobblestone streets.

Hello Adepts, this week's map is the Ruined Village Center (30x30), and your alternate version is a handy Subdued recoloring! When it comes to more 'grim' maps like this, it's nice to have less cheerful versions on hand for darker campaigns (I'm looking at you, Curse of Strahd). My typical palette often feels a little wrong for those settings, so I think I'll try to make more of these versions ...
