What you'll need:
Two 8" pumpkin or cauldron pails
Exacto-Knife
Heavy duty scissors
Masking tape
Paper mache (optional since I chose to skip it and it still worked)
Wood filler
Sand paper (A LOT)
Gesso primer
Acrylic paint
Pantyhose
Blue LED light (I used blue LED dog collar)
Cut the top rims of the pails...
