Yes, that is a thumb smudge on the instax. I'm a bit worn out from traveling, so haven't cleaned them up. I have thumb prints on almost all of mine also. Which is a bit strange...all in the same spot too. It was taken by Diana Schenkel.

Someone has planted bamboo in the courtyard. I didn't see them do it, and it feels like a jungle has grown out there in a couple of weeks. There's undergrowth getting out of hand, it's rained a bit and I wonder if anyone has noticed that there are 15 foot stalks sprouting towards the sky, haphazard with no pattern. It's like someone threw seeds over the wall as a joke. And now there's a small jung...

I will have so many new sets to post once I'm home and have my computer. I photographer Bliss (seen above) who was so kind and interesting. Yesterday I photographed Kara Perry. Today I'm photographing Bunny Luna and Nova Amour. Saturday I work with Sarah Voss. And self portraits. I've met so many amazing women recently and am meeting more in the coming weeks.

I landed in Reykjavik March 30 around 5am completely exhausted, memory foam pillow stuffed up around the top of my head over top my one backpack and thick coat. Reykjavik, by my own estimates, is cold enough that I wished I had a huge blanket to snuggle in.
