This feature is similar to the Pucker Pad on Berm Peak. The technical name for this type of feature is an "up box".
My idea is to name it pucker something, but make the "pad" bigger. This way we pay homage to Berm Peak while representing its size. We could also use "pad" but change "pucker" to something more ominous.

The Berm Park metal sculpture is finished! (Second picture for scale)
In the picture the bottom section is elevated on casters, but when mounted in the park the tree will stick out over the top a bit more. On either side, we have included sleds so visitors can stand up their bikes for pictures in front of the sign.
