Monty Model Update! (Model Download)

Mhm mhm! A new update to Monty! Fixed some of the neck ring weights and added pants onto him! A quick note - I did use a mask to hide his lower parts that's covered by the pants, to remove, you simply have to disable the mask modifier called PantsMask.
