As of late, I've noticed an increase in companies who are not fond of MX graphics creators and sellers, as they seem to be cracking down on the use of their brand name and IP, even if they haven’t done so in the past. This is mostly old news since this has always been the case, but more and more seem to grow a dislike toward their brand name being present on graphics (and other products as we...

If you are just getting started and aren’t ready yet to purchase your own equipment or if you just don’t want to, the best option to get your graphics out the door would be to have them outsourced.
Now, a common issue a lot of you run into is; which companies in my area are able to print my graphics to the standards I want? A lot of times there is a printer near you, but they aren’t...

I've noticed that as of late, I am having some issues coming up with new designs that are good enough to upload to Patreon. I know that a lot of you like these designs and are the reason for you to stay subscribed to our Patreon.
To make sure that you stay and are satisfied with the content I provide, I decided to get some help. I asked our 200+ verified Discord members i...

I've been a bit too quiet lately, but that doesn't mean I haven't been doing anything. I finished the 3rd e-Book of our MX-Graphics Academy e-Book series and it can now be viewed online via the link below.

Predicting the future is no easy task, arguably impossible. That doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t speculate and make some good educated guesses. There is no such time as the present, but as we move forward, the future becomes the now. This all sounds rather philosophical, but thinking ahead is important. You, the business owner, are competing with thousands of others around the world who are ...

I have another pack with copyright & trademark free vector logos available. These can be used for your MX designs that you want to publicly make visible online. Since you are not allowed to use any logo or trademark without permission from the company or entity that owns them, it is wise to not do so since it can result in high-fines. Good examples are Red Bull & KTM.
Since we a...

Learning 3D software and modeling accurate, real looking models is quite tricky and especially time consuming. It's been quite the challenge to get good at the software and to find enough reference for each and every part. The 3D scanner that we have now has helped massively and now enables us to model with pinpoint accuracy and create details that just aren't visible on photographs.
The...

Some of my thoughts on the amount of effort that should be put into a design and whether the extra amount of effort is worth it, looking at it from a business point of view. You can read/view it by clicking on the image or download the larger file below.
I will make this publicly available and also post it on our Discord.

Here's another bunch of logos that you can use for your designs. These are all made-up and will never cause any issues when it comes to copyrighted materials.
The use of any official logo without written consent by the owning party of that individual property is illegal and can result in copyright infringement claims. This includes every official logo out there, not just Red Bull or KTM....

This is the first pack of copyright free logos. These are all made up and can be used without issues. Some bear some resemblance of their real counterparts to keep things familiar, but these can be used to dress up your designs without having to worry about copyright, trademarks and all that.
More packs will follow with more diverse logos and illustrations. The file can ...

One of many to come. I will make sure that the vector file is ready to go so that I can upload it tomorrow (not yet included in this post). Then you guys can use this design however you like, same as with all the other pre-made designs.
We will be making some small improvements here and there for our future renders, but this one is almost finished and will be part of our render service....

I don't have all the knowledge, nor do I have the time to convey everything (although I try). So, I made a new Discord channel with designers and shop owners like yourself. People are happy to help and a lot of (specific) questions get answered very fast and it's generally good to be able to talk about what you do and why.
So join our Discord channel, read the rules, and have fun.

Not so long ago I made a post telling you guys that I was getting into 3D, but not yet into bikes. That has changed. I've been working nearly full-time to get a couple of models ready to be rendered with your graphics on them.
Most of the models that we'd need are not of the best quality and need a lot of work. The KTM 790 is nearing completion, and for this RC390 I am completely remodel...

So, I finally got a good start at 3D rendering and i've been making bodykits and renders for some cars. A bike is a lot more complicated, but i'll try to tackle that in the future and see if I can find a way to create an easy way of applying graphics to already existing models that can be purchased through various websites. If I am at that point that I am experienced enough to do so, i'll proba...

Keep an open mind for doing street- & trackbike graphics. Especially if you are struggling to get those orders in, tapping into the racing scene might just be the thing for you.
The e-Book is coming along nicely together with part 3, and I hope to bring it to you all soon.

I’ve written a few articles on copyright and trademark infringement, but in light of recent events and things that have come to ear, I'd like to say a few more words.
This niche MX graphics industry relies heavily on the use of logos and brands. The bigger and more popular the brand, the more customers you will get who want that on their bike or jersey. The problem is; unless you have w...

As most of you know, using the original KTM logo is a no-go. KTM is very well known for putting the hammer down when it comes to tracking down those who use their intellectual property without a licence.
So, just as a heads-up; GasGas is now also owned by KTM, and as such, the original GasGas logo should not be used on graphics kit. It is of course up to...

Pitboard graphics aren't that hard to do, but it can't hurt to get a refresher. While pitboards might also not be a best seller, if you are actively engaged with competition riders, selling pitboards to teams can put some extra money into the bank.
We currently sell two types of pitboards; a small and a large version. Both pitboards are being made by a local company who cuts them out of...

This is a question that i've asked myself a couple of times as well. As someone who designs and prints graphics for others, you need to make sure that you deliver a product that is up to par or exceeds the wishes from the customer, but you also need to make sure that you communicate fast, that your prices are good, that you can produce and ship the graphics fast etc.
But what is it ...
