I haven't done a no cc apartment in a little while so here it is - dark and modern I have to say there were so many times when I wanted a particular item but it was cc so this one actually took longer to build 😂
I do really like the Book Nook Kit! (this was built and recorded before the new pack and ceiling update. I would definitely paint the ceiling next time!)

Back at my favourite San Myhuno building to renovate - Culpepper House!
This time I went with a modern dark theme with minimal clutter. I love how this one turned out and I'm very excited to do the rest of the apartments in a similar style.

I've been sick with the flu (that's why there was no video last week ) and have been watching Parisian Agency on Netflix I LOVE all the houses and apartments they showed.
The show gave me the idea for this modern luxury rental in Tartosa. Not sure when it's gonna be finished, I'm still recovering. Should have a new build video this Friday!

Here is the Copperdale Family Home's CC version (I prefer this one over the no cc one LOL). I tried to get rid of all pack items BUT a few wallpapers are still showing up ( I think they must be hidden in the walls and I don't want to demolish the whole house to get rid of those). It should be fine even if you don't have those packs!

A large NO CC family home in Copperdale! On the main floor, you can find a large kitchen and dining room, formal living room, bathroom and a spacious backyard with a hot tub! Three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a small office upstairs.
