Luxury Vacation Villa

There was an episode where they needed to find a vacation rental for their client. Anyways, I really loved the show - very little drama and they actually show and sell houses and apartments lol
This modern villa in Tartosa would be perfect for a vacation (or your sim could just live here too!) The main floor has an open kitchen and dining area that opens to the outside and a separate living area. There is a separate bedroom and en suite on the main as well.
The upstairs is a large bedroom suite with a living & coffee area, walk-in closet, bathroom and a large bedroom with a terrace and a small balcony.
